Show notes that sound like your show
Choose a show-notes summary instead of a generic recap: guest, topics, key takeaways and quotable lines.
For podcasters and creators
Publishing an episode is only half the work. The transcript, show notes, chapters, quote cards and social posts are what make an episode discoverable, and they usually take another two hours. VoxNote turns the recording into those assets in one pass.
Upload the finished episode or record a new one in the browser. You get a timestamped transcript, a structured summary, candidate chapters and key quotes, then export everything as text or subtitles.

The transcript is segmented, so you can find the strongest moments and turn them into chapters or audiograms.
Export SRT or WebVTT for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or your podcast host.
Transcribe in the original language, then translate the summary or transcript into English, Chinese or Spanish.
Use the exported MP3 or WAV from your editor, or record a new episode in the browser.
Add the guest name and recurring terms to improve names and brand words.

Export subtitles and copy the quotes into your newsletter, blog or social posts.
The transcript is segmented with timestamps. Automatic speaker labels are on the Pro roadmap; until then, the summary can distinguish the host from the guest by context.
Yes. Ask for a summary or show notes, then use the transcript as source material. Always edit the output so it sounds like you, not like a generic AI summary.
Voice activity detection skips silence, not music. Intros, ads and music beds may appear as odd text, so skip those sections in the player or ignore the corresponding transcript segments.
Audio is enough. Export the audio track from your video editor and upload that; it is smaller and faster to process.
