The service
VoxNote provides browser-based recording, AI transcription, summarization and translation. The service is provided as-is and may change, be limited or be unavailable at any time.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to record and process the audio you upload. You are responsible for complying with recording consent laws, confidentiality obligations, privacy rules and the policies of your organization.
Accuracy
Automated transcription and summaries can contain errors, omit context or invent details. You must review important content against the original audio before relying on it or publishing it.
Acceptable use
Do not use VoxNote for illegal content, non-consensual surveillance, harassment, fraud, voice impersonation or any activity that violates the rights of others. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or disrupt the service.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans and credit packs are sold through a third-party Merchant of Record. Their checkout terms, taxes and refund policy apply. Digital credits are consumed when transcription is requested.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxNote is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits or decisions made from automated output. Keep your own copies of important recordings.
